Do you monitor your heart rate while doing cardio?
Yes
Do you use a heart rate monitor? Which one?
Only during the cycling classes because the school provides them.. They have the POLAR ones with the chest straps.. they work GREAT!
What heart rate do you aim for while doing cardio? Why?
the instructor says to go over 80%.. I always get my heart rate much higher from running- i dont monitor my heart during runs but i can feel it..

What is your cardio exercise plan?
minimum 30 minutes, the treadmills stop after an hour!-which suxxx.. so i have to stop and re-start.. havent run more than 1.5 hours though. the last 15 minutes i do a fartlek type run, more like all...more
