How I Started:
Sports have always required me to workout but ive recently got interested in lifting weights. I guess i was inspired by some ladies at 24- they looked like they could really kick butt.. tee hee. And now i have a gym that i can practically live in!
Why I Love It:
I love the rush of energy working out gives me. Pushing my muscles and lungs to the limit. It makes me feel unstoppable. Sore muscles are a feeling of accomplishment..

I feel terrible; wish i could be uploading a good progress pic. hopefully i wont repeat this mistake. Few days of bad eating and (almost no)workouts.. feelin gross

I have always been athletic and want to get back into great shape. I want to gain muscle and cut fat.. be ripped. I also want to run my first marathon by this summer!

Do you monitor your heart rate while doing cardio?
Yes
Do you use a heart rate monitor? Which one?
Only during the cycling classes because the school provides them.. They have the POLAR ones with the chest straps.. they work GREAT!
What heart rate do you aim for while doing cardio? Why?
the instructor says to go over 80%.. I always get my heart rate much higher from running- i dont monitor my heart during runs but i can feel it..

What is your cardio exercise plan?

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
thats the deciding factor , in those who are elite and those who just workout. We all fall down, but those of us who are elite never give up, never. You are ****in elite, you and i both know this. There's no way that ur giving up. You and I both know that =P
You have a very nice body so dont be so down when you miss a workout. Its ok to miss on now an then. I just got over being sick so i havent been to the gym in over a week
