I was always really interested, then one day i saw a flex magazine and saw a picture of flex wheeler. Next day i joined gym. Best thing i ever did.
Why I Love It:
I love lifting weight, gives u so much self confindence and it helps out at the beach as well. haha naa but seriously i love lifting just getting the wait up makes you want to do more.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just comes naturally, i always look forward to coming again.
hadd tha best workout today. started a new routine that this guy taught me. was the best pump i had in along time not my best weight but i dont care. hit shoulders straight after chest felt the burnnn bad. soo hopefulli i keep goin good wit this new routine n get the weights up.

I don't mean to dissapoint you but it is in my opinion that physical traits like back width vs. thickness is GENETIC. ALL movements that I perform for my back address thckness because genetically, I'm pre-disposed to having a wide back. Has it been making my back thicker? Kinda, but it has been naturally getting wider more noticeably. So, the short answer to your question is TIME AND HARD WORK. Especially time. Sucks don't it? Haha.
