more seperation in the shoulders

Leaning down, more striations in the shoulders. Noticing the line under my chest is more distinct. Working on seperation for the tricep.

The following progress photos you will see will be taken with out any special lighting since i believe that if you have to use shadowing or special lighting to make your muscles look more defined then what they are. Then your only cheating yourself. This was taken after a leg day plus 20 mins of running (hence the sweaty toosh)

Stats at this present time Hieght: 6'2 Weight: 202 pounds- 9 pounds heavier then when i stepped on stage on 9/20/2008 body fat: 7.2%
