5 weeks away from the gym because of a new job and very long hour. Now l'm back to the 8-5 hours and starting back at the gym Monday. Very excited and looking forward to getting started and gainning back what I lost:)

I gained ten pounds, got to loose five!

I'm not a fitness competitor, I just want to lean out to 14% bodyfat because it is still very lean and still considered a "healthy" weight.

I MISS my BB.com FAMILY!! Hope all is well with everyone!! Thinking about March 2010 to get back on stage!!!
