How I Started:
I used to be a wrestler and decided to continue lifting and staying in shape. I fell in love with the sport and have been training to get bigger for the last three years. I finally got there and am ready to step on stage. I've got a lot of work to still do
Why I Love It:
I love lifting because it relaxes me and allows me to get out my stress. I have a competitive edge and now that I am not wrestling body building suffices

These two pictures were taken at the end of the summer of 2005. I started getting serious about bodybuilding and decided I would lean up and then slab on some lean muscle in the upcoming year.
This is two years later after a lot of hard work. I am not very lean here, but this is at the beginning of my diet and I will post new pictures soon.
Competing as a middle weight at the Empire Classic in Spokane, Washington
Goal (Long):
I am planning on competing in my first show with my training partner Freddy. I will compete as a middle weight and he will be competing as a light heavyweight. This is our first show and we plan to have fun and be happy with the results and come back again next year and place well. I started my diet at week 16 at 212 Lbs. and plan to compete at about 176 pounds. We are 11 weeks out now and I am at 196 1/2 Lbs. Things are going well!

My training partner and I are being trained by Pro Bodybuilder Brad Hollibaugh and we are on our way to looking great. I am now three weeks and 1 day out from the show. My wieght is down to about 179 lbs. and I am going to compete in the junior division at about 160 lbs. My diet is insane right...
