Hey Ricky, hope all is well. I haven't been on here in a while. Hope you had a joyous christmas and great new year. How are you doing...how are things going? I am doing okay, just tryig to take it one day at time. I sorta lost my focus, but now I am changing things up and focusing on the present instead of worrying about tomorrow.

I am glad to hear that your back discomfort is gone. I am doing pretty good this week, eating clean and exercising pretty good. I am just taking it a day at a time. I think I was stressing myself out trying to think of reaching my ultimate goal. Hope your week is going well.

Things are going pretty good. I am so swamped with school and I haven't been able to hit the gym like I want, but I have actually lost some weight and about 1/2 inch off my waist which is a plus. How are things going for you?

Ummm...diet not so bueno. :( I got a little frustrated because I have plateaued and I don't know what to do to push through. So to ease my frustration I have been eating comfort food for the last few days, which isn't going to help with the plateau situation...Any advice

I can't wait. I am so excited. I will start my mornings in Hawaii with a run on the beach as the sun rises. And I will end my day sitting on the beach watching the sun set.

You are doing GREAT!!!! Don't worry we will amp it up next week. We will hit heavier weights early in the week and lighter weights later in the week. We can try that HIIT workout and see what results we can get. Less than 10 weeks til Hawaii!
