I started because I am going to Hawaii in November and I wanted to shed a few pounds and also because I am tired of being jiggly all over, feeling tired, and not taking care of my body.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of knowing that as I lift and exercise I am transforming my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking at old photos and not wanting to go back to being the same. I tell myself to just push yourself hard and keep moving forward. Also all the encouraging words from everyone on BodySpace.
My hubby bought me a new camera and we were playing around taking some pics so I decided to post this one. I still have some trouble spots, but I love this picture.
I want to lose fat and gain muscle. I want to live healthier and really work on my arms, shoulders, and back. (Strapless bridesmaid dress for my sister's wedding in Barbados)

I am on here to try and keep on track. It has been a hell of a year. I am trying to find a way to juggle everything in my life without leaving something or someone out. I don't really have much of a support system, but I just can't stop. I need to refocus!

Hey one day at a time is better than no day at all. Just remember what you are shooting for and don't worry about a timetable. Me i am finishing week two of my new workout program and just letting the transformation take care of itself. Take care.

havent talked in a while how r you???? i havent been to the gym for about a month.how r u ...i have to get back i feel aweful i've had alot of stress lately.well i hope all is well talk to you soon
Hey! I'm glad all is well. I'm doing good. I had a small set back last week in my training due to some muscle soreness in the mid right section of my back. The discomfort is gone now. So, I plan to ease my way back into my routine. That profile photo is so hot!! Your hubby is a blessed man. (smile) Have a great weekend! Ricky
