How I Started:
i started working out to strengthen my knee, because i have LCL injury due to soccer. beeing at the gym i just started at the other excercises
Why I Love It:
I'm no nail anymore :) and i just can't sleep when I don't train. It keeps me going after a boring day at work

By pushing my own limits, changing scheme's regular to keep it fresh

Also train the rest to balance my overall body.
I just injured my knees, so i now focus on my arms and chest.
