How I Started:
I started weight training in junior year of highschool on and off. I found out that my body responds well to resistance training. Since I wasn't involved in many other sports, i lifted weights after school.
Why I Love It:
I like to see results when I put in effort. Bodybuilding is one of those things that gives you results that are quantifiable(measurable)almost immediately. Also, I love the feeling of being in the gym in general as well as knowing that I am contributing to an overall healthy lifestyle.
How I Stay Motivated:
Mostly, i stay motivated by looking in the mirror and evaluating where i still need work. And honestly, I am motivated to keep up with an increasing focus in this country on male body image. I like to think that i am indulging in a trend that i enjoy anyways.

Live a healthier life in general, and inherently in the process, look better, and feel better. Although I am a pretty happy guy, i still love the confidence boosts that come with gains in muscle and losses in fat. =)
Day 1: Triceps/Biceps
Day 2: Rest Day, 40 minutes cardio
Day 3: Shoulders/Traps
Day 4: Back (upper and lower)
Day 5: Chest/Abs
Day 6: Legs+Deadlifts every other week
Day 7: Rest Day, 40 minutes cardio
No doubt that youve got that fiber showing cutness there..if you want to gain more weight! Really concentrate on HIGH PROTEIN..Right now im using Gaspari Nutrition REAL MASS.
