I was much more active when I was younger. I have always trained for the sport or activity I was involved
with. However since finishing school I have packed on an extra 30 lbs. while sitting at a desk job, and eating
a little too well.
Why I Love It:
I love the fact that someone like myself who has neglected their fitness for 7 years can transform their body back into great condition within a single years time.
How I Stay Motivated:
With a job here at bodybuilding.com working in the fitness industry, it is not hard to keep yourself motivated.
Also, a beautiful loving wife who constantly reminds me that I can do better.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
Both my wife and my new baby (I'll ask in a few years) love that I have started to lift weights. I can literally see the years shed off me, They know I will be around for them a lot longer this way.
I have set out this year to really drop my fat % and do it through "tiny changes". These tiny changes will be simple lifestyle improvements / adjustments - taking away bad habits / adding good habits and trying to be aware of how they affect my lifestyle.
Whats going on? Just going through some people on my friends list telling them to checkout Cellucor.com for some great supplements. I used the stuff with awesome results. Use my promo code to save BIG on your order. My code is MU0815. Get back at me with any ?'s
LOL... yes, being a dad makes it harder to stick to your schedule, that's for sure! But then you realize that if you DON'T workout and eat right, you have less energy to play with your kids. So you have to prioritize as you know.
