well i try to work out 3 times a week (sometimes that doesnt happen)on the first day i do chest, tris and abs.2nd day back bis and forearms and the 3rd sholders legs and abs.i got a gym set about 6 months ago so that is when i started. im about 186cm tall and 76kgs.could still put on abit more muscle though.thanx 4 ur comments
