chasityw Hey there, the training is going well, i was sick last week so took the week off to get well, but today i got my hour of cardio and my back workout in. Eating was good all day, still have 2 meals to go. yes it is hard when you have children to make them something yummy and i'm eating chicken or tuna blah - but it's so worth it :-) Sep 21, 2009 7:21pm

trigrl44 Hey girl! Get Tosca Reno's "The Eat Clean Diet" especially the cookbook. It has really opened my eyes to eating clean and really made a difference in my body. Plus, its delicious stuff! Because I've really increased my workouts, my metabolism has shot up and for the past month or so I have been so hungry just at night. I have read that it's pretty common. Im also still trying to get into eating every two to three hours. Thats harder than you think when you're so busy! :) Sep 17, 2009 7:31am

larryvillalba not really because i try and eat every four to five hours..i eat bacon, cheese blocks, beef jerky everything that has no carbs...mostly meat and green veggies. got keep eating so your metobalism raises. Sep 15, 2009 11:11am

larryvillalba yeah it works if you want to drop your body fast, what happens is when you workout your body attacks your carb storage for energy, well when you are in ketosis your body does not have the carbs it needs to burn, so it goes to the next source of fuel which is your fat so instead burning carbs it burns your fat, i lost fat percantage on it. larryvillalba yeah just started keto, basically you are eating fats and protiens, no carbs sunday through friday eveining. friday night through Saturday evening you want to carb up and dont ea no fats, so basically reverse. Chevk out my workout routine.. Sep 15, 2009 10:48am
