I think you're eating far too little calories. Keep your protein around 300 grams and carbs fluctuating around 100-150 grams a day, fat should be from salmon, EFA's and nuts, about 50 grams a day. Total calories is 2100-2300. Keep cardio 5 days a week starting at 45 minutes.

Hey buddy, so far so good. But got a few nagging pains so I'm not able to train 100%. But fat is coming off really fast after I switched to a zero carb diet.

wow, your diet is really low in carbs! is that ok for you? minus the fruit in the morning and have a piece of fruit after your training. Also in addition to your breakfast protein, u can have a small serving of oatmeal (4 tbsp).
Eliminate away the protein bar at the last meal.
Also try to have salmon a few days a week for the essential fatty acidd which also assist in burning bodyfat.
Keep cardio 50 mins a day for 5 days a week.

Training's getting underway. Had a few aches with my joints and unfortunately training is 90%. I should be back 100% by the next month or so. Hope you're making awesome progress!

keep it basic. Dumbbell presses for delts and lots of chins and bent rows for back!
