Whats going on? Just going through some people on my friends list telling them to checkout ********.com for some great supplements. I used the stuff with awesome results. Use my promo code to save BIG on your order. My code is MU0815. Get back at me with any ?'s
How was your weekend? Making the BodySpace Friends rounds right now. Checking on blogs to see what everyone's up to. I hope you're well and enjoying another holiday somewhere.
You wrote: "the short road to being 30 years old" YEAH! Hey, I'm glad you have the same or similar viewpoint. You're 26. I'll be 46 in August and told someone "I'm going on 50." She sh!t. "You're not going on 50, you're only 45!" Well, I'm not going backwards in time, lady. :) Those four years will fly, though. At least the past four did. Enjoy your life!
Hey Adrian, thanks for your support. Yes we do seem to have similar stats/goals :) Right now I am still waiting to get some supplements from the sponsors of the competition so I am not using any right now. As for the workout I am in the gym four days/week and cardio 3 days. And please let me know how it works out for you. :D
chantix.. doesnt work for everyone.. but, I found it easy and quit in less time than recommended. have been ciggy free for well over a year and I live "gag" with a smoker.. It can be done. I used to ride centuries on bike.. and stil smoked a pack a day. lol. loved to smoke..
hey adrian, I didn't use body for life or any "book". I just did my own stuff. For the most part - work one major muscle group a day (bi's and tri's is one day) and cardio after my weights. Really, the workout is important, but whats more important is HOW YOU EAT! I don't do "fad" diets... just complex carbs, lots of protein, and low fat. good luck, i look forward to your progress pics!
As one who not only needed a body transformation but also had one I know where you are coming from. I used the Body for Life program, which is only 12 weeks and had pretty good results so if you are interested I recommend you give it a look-see. It isn’t easy but it isn’t so hard that you can’t achieve your goals. I wish you determination and success and if I can be of assistance feel free to give me a yell.
