goal is to transform my body. body fat ,strength and add muscle
Goal (Long):
goal is to drop from 19% BF to 10% or lower. also want to add inches on the main muscle groups. chest,bi's,tri's legs can lose a little though. also with in 4 monthes would like to bench 315 power clean 225 and deadlift 315 also. would like to acomplish all theese goals with out add to much mass. would like to stay around 190-200 LBS wish i could go for 180 but do not see that possible
