Background
I got started after I tore my ACL, MCL and meniscus in a dirtbike accident. I was out for football and wrestling and couldn't run or anything for a while so I started to really hit the weights for my upper body and doing physical therapy for my leg. Since then I havent been able to stop.
I love seeing prgress week by week. Watching your strength go up and your body change. Whats not to love about it!
