I got started after I tore my ACL, MCL and meniscus in a dirtbike accident. I was out for football and wrestling and couldn't run or anything for a while so I started to really hit the weights for my upper body and doing physical therapy for my leg. Since then I havent been able to stop.

Lookin ripped bro! Good luck w/ your goals for wrestling. I work out at the Parkview Y about once a week but my main gym is the Central Branch Y. I just like the atmosphere of the weight room there. Merry Christmas
