How I Started:
I've always been strong for a girl, but when I visited a gym for the first time in 2000, I suddenly discovered that my body could do things I never imagined.
I could see lean curves and muscle developing almost every week. I build fast...naturally. I'm absolutely natural- before you ask ;-)
Why I Love It:
I love the rush. No other way to put it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Most of the time, I don't have to stay motivated. I love lifting to the point of being passionately happy just from walking into a gym.
However, when I'm down, I talk myself through it. I just tell myself to work through it.
BB Accomplishments:
Mmm...well, I'm still working on my goal of repping out 225 on bench. I got it...ONCE. It was pretty hard, though.

I find Strong2daFinish inspiring because...he is internally driven to not only reach the level of (magnificent) physique he has...but to maintain it and use it every day to inspire and encourage others. I love the way Strong2daFinish uses his vision to spark a vision in others for themselves.
His physique makes me want to reach higher levels!
You know why...? Because he is very dedicated and intelligent in his approach to fitness...but ALWAYS kind and intuitively helpful towards others. Every bodybuilder should be that kind of example!

So I had to stop by and say "WTF" regarding the dude who lifted you over his head...seriously? That is crazy!
