Yeh hopefully but Ramadan has started so im going to change my routine a bit just to work round it hopefully i will have finished my weight loss by the end of October and retained my muscle.

Hey Man, welcome to the site. First of all you're not "so fat." Don't be so hard on yourself or that will get in your way and discourage you. You can do this. :-) Just set a program that you will follow...it doesn't have to be aggressive...and just stay with it. It'll pay off. Trust me. I have a ways to go, but I made progress that way. You can too!
