I take this before each workout, and it really helps to get me going! I work out in the morning, so it is tough to be totally awake by time I get to the gym. With Animal Pump, I can get a burst of energy so I can have the best possible workout! I always take it with a little bit of food (half a protein bar or something) since taking pills without food can sometimes make me a little nauseous.
This is a new product for me, but I love it already! It's so nice to be able to get a whopping 42 grams of high quality whey protein whenever I want. No mixing, no shakers, no sipping for two hours. It takes me 10 seconds to open it up and drink it... done! It tastes great and I love that it doesn't have any fat or carbs. Just pure muscle-building protein. Thanks IDS!
This is a relatively new product, but I take two chews in the afternoon when I'm starting to lose energy and focus while at work. It's great because it doesn't have a lot of caffeine and is more based on natural energy enhancement!
I love taking this product before my morning workouts. I knew it was good, but the other day I realized HOW good it really was. I was out of town so I did my workout at the hotel gym. I didn't bring my White Flood. Wow, I noticed a BIG difference. I didn't have nearly the energy or strength and didn't enjoy my workout nearly as much. I'm going to remember to bring my White Flood on my next trip!
It's so simple and basic, but I use it every single day with my protein shakes. So easy and works great! It works best if you don't make your shakes too thick. I never have any chunks and I mix the whole shake in like 15 seconds. It's currently available as a free gift if you order over $75 in the Bodybuilding.com store.
NOW Foods is a very trustworthy company with high quality products. These gelcaps are very small and easy to take (a little bigger than a large pea). Krill oil is a great thing to take for your long-term health.
This is a very high quality product from a great company that you can trust. The gelcaps are very easy to swallow. My only negative is that I don't believe this is considered a high lignan product (from what I can tell), and for some people that is important.
