Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
Tracking my workouts is very important so I can see if I am going up in weight and/or reps on each exercise. I use my Windows Mobile phone as my workout log. I just open up Microsoft Word Mobile and t...more
