On a trip to visit QVC execs. Did my cardio in the hotel tomorrow! Will I do it again tomorrow morning as scheduled? I better!

Had a good week of workouts! Getting stronger, feeling good. Didn't do as much cardio this week though. Some, but not enough!

Doing a lot more high-intensity cardio lately, which gives me SO much more energy/endurance for all parts of my life. Love it!

I made it to the gym today! Still weak and tired from being sick, but it's a step toward getting back to where I was.

Great workout today! Almost back to my pre-vacation weights at the gym. My diet over the weekend was "so so".

Missed the gym this morning. Slept in a little longer than normal since I was up for 2 hours with my 3 year old daughter. Argh!
