I want to gain 10 pounds of muscle and get in better cardiovascular shape.
Goal (Long):
While building Bodybuilding.com, I didn't always have the time or focus required to stick to a workout program. It's time to get back to where I used to be! I want to gain at least 10 pounds of quality muscle (without any gain in bodyfat) in the next six months.
I also want to improve my cardiovascular health for health reasons and to be able to run a mile without getting "winded".
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you to be a better parent?
I have way more energy and a better attitude. I am able to keep up with my kids and I love playing with them (instead of getting tired quickly). How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
It has helped my family life tremendously! Working out and eating right sets an example for my kids. Also, I have way more energy and a better attitude when I'm working out, and that helps me when interacting with my wife and family. Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
Tracking my workouts is very important so I can see if I am going up in weight and/or reps on each exercise. I use my Windows Mobile phone as my workout log. its ramone and i am going to do another long workout tomorrow but this time it is for 10 hours straight on every muscle group
i will rest between each one and also carry both pre and also post workout drinks and also muscle building fuel with me because i am strongly determined to become a bodybuilder
