I want to gain 10 pounds of muscle and get in better cardiovascular shape.
Goal (Long):
While building Bodybuilding.com, I didn't always have the time or focus required to stick to a workout program. It's time to get back to where I used to be! I want to gain at least 10 pounds of quality muscle (without any gain in bodyfat) in the next six months.
I also want to improve my cardiovascular health for health reasons and to be able to run a mile without getting "winded".
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Not following proper exercise form. Go slow and lift weights you can handle without swinging your whole body. Use a full range of motion.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
No

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I definitely worked out TOO much. I used to do a full workout two times per day, five days per week with weights. I didn't start seeing real results until I cut way back.
I had a lot of people asking me questions about Bodybuilding.com and about my life on the forum, so I took some time to answer a bunch of them in true "Misc. forum" style. =)
Thanks for the welcome, I am very excited to be here!! My pic was taken at Jump Creek Falls over by Middleton I think? First hike of the year a few months ago!
hi ryan,
great going and great job done for all those interested in bodybuilding across the globe.
have mailed you seperately at ceo@bodybuilding.com
have got stuck in a problem. hope yo'll help me out.
check the mail. the subject is HELP.
thanks..
just want to say thanks for everything. i'm in the military and stationed overseas and getting supplements here can be expensive and inconvenient. with bb.com, i was easily able to get everything i needed for my first contest where i placed 3rd.
THANK YOU!
Hey Ryan, thanks anyways I guess. Im not going any further with this idea. I ran it in the forum, and a kid named Hotmoltenlava, started talking trash about you not living up to your word. So he is pretty much destroying anything I get going. Im not going to sit here everyday to read his critizism. Im going to find another forum to talk about health and bodybuilding..
Thanks Ryan, I was really looking forward to this.
Be safe
Hello Ryan, Thanks for replying.. That would be very awesome. So what do you think I should do? I can start to get things rolling. As far as enrollment. Since I got the go-ahead from you, I can really start to put it together, and get some folks healthy again, Including myself, LOL.. Get back to me at your available time, if you could.
Again, Ryan, thank you very much for your co-op.
For writing articles, do I just send you the article? I ask because the articles have all kinds of graphix. Not sure if that would be my doing or something you do.
Hi Ryan, I just wanted to say that there isnt many public site i can get on over here in Iraq, I am just glad this is one of them! I love my progress tracker! and your company is the best for getting us our needed sups! thank you so much, all of your CSR's are awesome. and PA is the fastest for getting our product here! I am from the PNW and will support you guys for a long time!
Enjoyed the show, I like to hear that you are expanding the company globally. Since you like to read, have you read The World Is Flat by Thomas Friedman? That would be a great read especially for you. Hehehe, since your brother didn't get the COGS down, you should hire me, im majoring in Logistics.
Hi Ryan,
This is Adam, Kris' lil cousin. I would just like to take this opportunity to thank you a great deal for your support with my writing, and am looking forward to doing lots more together in the future. Cheers bro, it means an awful lot. Keep up the hard work.
