alright dude, personally i have always had a relatively low bf% and ive just trained mainly for hypertrophy, some strength and a little cuts. some people do pack on weight to help shift bigger weights and then trim down, but it can prove hard to trim down quickly with a well balanced diet.
I would just recommend to continue to train hard, eat well and be patient, as results take time.. i have been training a year and a half now, it will come bro, you have a good base! :)
