My workout partner is 48. He is making excellent gains in strength and size. Keep it up it will make you feel great and over time you will make gains, maybe not as quickly as when you were younger but you will make gains.

Thanks for the reppage. I am in the red because I went on a rant about the mods and how I thought that they were bias. One of them saw it and got mad at me. Later he said that they would give the reps back but he didn't. It was fitnessman and he hit me for -400,000negative reps. I will never see green again. It is just another abuse of power by the mods.
