I decided it was time to get serious in lifting weights and dieting to get the results I've been wanting... so I took strength training class and some advices from my dad and friends...
Why I Love It:
It's the fastest (yet challenging) way to build muscle...

hmm... just visualization, some cool pictures from fitness magazines, listening to fav music while working out... any suggestions...?
