An injury forced me to take some time off from basketball, so I had a lot of extra time on my hands. I have always been on the skinny/not-defined side so I decided it was time to start working towards my goal.
Why I Love It:
I love that it requires dedication and focus. It is a challenge to push yourself to the limits each and every workout. I love that bodybuilding is all on me, meaning if I fail, it is because of me and no one else and vice-versa.
