Better shoot for 2 gallons of water a day. My nitrogen levels are high as we speak with only 1 to 1.5 grams and a gallon of water a day. good luck!

Get some almonds, natural peanut butter or other healthy snacks. Also dont forget your water (8 glasses to a gallon a day)...this will also help curb your appetite. Best of luck!

You can get the Ezekiel at most, not all, chain grocery stores. They typically keep it in the refrigeration section as they do not sell it much. Ask for Non-flour bread. The Chompies I get from Strouts or Trader Joes (health food stores which carry both types). Best of luck with your goals and remember to toast the Ezekiel!

I commend you on posting your start pics. Not many people would do it and the ones that did have been very successful. It clearly shows your new found dedication to live healthier. I wish you the best of luck. Remember its not so much how much you eat as what you are eating.

Thanks for the info. I also wondering if you do this workout in prep for show? Or do work out more often pre-contest? Best of luck!
