I really got started back in high school but have lifted and been pretty active most of my life. I had to stop for a few years for work reasons. I began hitting the gym again on 01-26-07. Addicted again!
Why I Love It:
Whats not to love about it?
feel great
look great
How I Stay Motivated:
My current motivation is to at least get back to where I was before I had to take time off. I am bit smaller and not as cut as I used to be. So I have some work cut out for me=P.
BB Accomplishments:
While not a recent accomplishment, Id say my greatest moment was when I went over 200 lbs in body weight (not fat). It was a major plateau for me at the time and took a lot of work and dedication on my part.

I have been asked a few times if this is a recent photo. I took this picture a couple of weeks ago. I had returned to working out and paying better attention to my diet for about 2.5 months. I did this because I felt that the “noob” gains wouldn’t be a true measurement of my progress.
I’m really surprised I haven’t seen many people mentioning these breads in their diet. I see a lot of people eating wheat or whole grain breads. The problem with many of these is that they are flour based which is not the best. Here are the 2 breads I use:
This is my girlfriends garage, she has everything in there.
We work out together twice a week.
then I use 24 hour in between.
If you get a chance, go to nxlabs.com and give me a vote under fitness challenge, trying to win a trip to the Arnold.
Thanks M
Hey, thanks for your comment to my blog. I seem to be getting the diet right this week and am dropping some pounds. Cutting down on carbs more has helped. Thanks for your suggestion. Looking awesome BTW!

Appreciate the comment on my protein bars. For a first try they didn't come out too bad. Was just making a guess on quantity so it really was a test. I updated the blog to include approximate ratios.
