What is your cardio exercise plan?
On days that I lift I finish with 30 minutes of cardio. On my non lifting days I do an hour sometimes a bit more if I'm feeling energized.
How many days per week do you do cardio?
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
running, most related to what I do everyday and keeps the legs toned
