How I Started:
i recently loss alot of my body mass, I was a jock back in high school, but now i tend to hit the books more, i atleast workout twice a week.
Why I Love It:
Because it the only thing your in control of.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just lift weights and the improvement get me motivaded.
PEA or Picamilon would be a great choice. If you go with PEA I would suggest using theanine at night as phenibut can inhibit the effects of pea if you take them too close together. Thank you for the nice words we try!
