Active about 4 days a week with mild lifting and and running 2 miles on workout days. Diet was TERRIBLE, drank beer pretty much every other day. 138 lbs. Body fat around 24 - 25% i would guess. SICKKK

About a month later. Show was canceled so not on prep diet but still keeping the lean foods. Like how my workouts are going with the increased carbs/decreased cardio. At 131 here.

Almost a year later, serious with diet and heavier training load. About 133lbs. Not sure on the body fat here.

125 lbs. Down about 13 pounds since June 2007, body fat from 24% to about 17% wooo! Hard work is paying off! No muffin top for me, please!
