Overall Goal: Strength is the product of struggle, you must do what others don't to achieve what others won't, because the more you sweat in peace, the less you bleed in war, and remember, the strongest steel is forged with the hottest fire."

When I Started:
Apr, 2008
How I Started:
I have always been active with sports and lifting. It has not been until this past year that I have really gotten a tight grip on my diet and routine.
Why I Love It:
I love the adrenaline rush after a good sweat and the way I feel when I know I'm doing my absolute best. Oh, and not having a muffin top ;)
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the results of my hard work, success stories of others, and support from my man.
“There is a difference between interest and commitment. Interest is doing something when circumstance permits. Commitment means you accept no excuses, only results.”
Active about 4 days a week with mild lifting and and running 2 miles on workout days. Diet was TERRIBLE, drank beer pretty much every other day. 138 lbs. Body fat around 24 - 25% i would guess. SICKKK
About a month later. Show was canceled so not on prep diet but still keeping the lean foods. Like how my workouts are going with the increased carbs/decreased cardio. At 131 here.

We've really grown together in a lot of different ways because of this lifestyle. We've defined who we are, what we believe in, and set goals big and small. Sometimes I think.. why can't I just be happy with myself the way I am? Why do I have to feel like I'm not good enough or need to try harder because I'm just not where I want to be yet??
That is so ridiculous though. I need to change my mentality, but it's hard to do. I need to focus on...
Terrific avi, Ashli. Your physique is nothing but wonderful - and who wants 36DD's except at the strip club. You're doing good work and are truly a fit beauty.
