I was earning a degree in Exercise Science and what I learned in the classroom sparked an interest for me to get involved more in the gym. As soon as I started seeing results and recieving compliments, I was hooked.
Why I Love It:
It gives me a sense of control over my world in a time when virtually everything else is out of my hands. Also, there is no greater feeling than finishing a grueling workout. It provides such a sense of accomplishment and direction. My mind is clear of all distrations when I lift.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing other people getting bigger gets me motivated. Although I am motivated by seeing other peoples' success, I am keenly aware of the fact that I am not competing with anyone else, I am competing against my last workout. This observation helps keep me centered.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet. Right now, every fraction of an inch that I gain gives me a feeling of accomplishment.

Eventually, I would like to reach 205 lbs with 8-10% body fat. I have a good frame to build on, but I just need to keep motivated and not lose sight of this goal. I don't know how long it will take me, but I'm not stopping until I'm there.
On your way to one incredible physique with those thick traps, solid delts, arms, thick chest/pecs and abs. Back looking also very muscular. The finishing touch here would be those wide lats to really bring it all together. Great job to date and continued success with goals. Andre
