How I Started:
I Used to be an athletic person in High school, started working in college, ate everything and drank a lot. Went from 180 lbs to 267. Never lifted a weight in my life until 06/01/05.
Why I Love It:
Competition with myself. Getting Stronger, Looking Better.
How I Stay Motivated:
Girls. Peoples faces when they see me and say, you look better than you did in high school.
BB Accomplishments:
Every 2 or three weeks there is more weight to be lifted, and harder muscles being formed, More fat being burned. That in itself is an accomplishment.

Ive tried, shock therapy, energized xpand, and fast twitch, All of them good, shock therapy is the cheapest.

Today was Leg and shoulder day.

Started off with Squats, then leg extensions, then lunges.

Squats:

Leg extensions:

Lunges:

30 pound dumbellsX12X3

Calf raises:
