Gain 25 pounds by 2010 while maintaining 10-12% body fat.
Goal (Long):
I'd like to reach a body weight of 220 lbs this year. I'm mostly self taught with guidance from an ex-champion power lifting father, and plan to develop a career in physical fitness and nutrition. At 220 lbs I'd like to have 16" relaxed arms and achieve a 350 pound bench and 500 squat. My biggest goal however would be to make it impossible for my dad to use sarcasm when using the nickname he gave me: 'thunder thighs'.
I constructed this program myself in the interest of working every muscle equally while of course avoiding over-training.
