oh wow!! I hope u had a great time!! Well...I've been nursing my foot still. ugh..been pushing myself but the pain finally became something I could no longer ignore so I went to the Dr Monday, get my MRI tomorrow, results next Wed. He thinks it's a stress fracture :( I can't imagine being benched girl, my husband is gonna have to duct tape me to the wall...OMG!!!

the protein bar that i eat, it's the perfect am starter for me. Not too much and not too little. I can eat that and still wkout within 45 mins...no shakes or anything for me, sticks too long! U have something before bed after hard wkouts? I drink a protein shake, brush my teeth, then hit the sack!

that's great!! I LOVE spin!! Yes, I eat my protein bar as soon as I roll out of bed and it's usually about an hour and half before I start my cardio....I have to b wise on my supper choices b/c that's my main energy source for AM cardio!

lol..thanks for the comment chick! Oh u can do it! The BEST advice I ever took on the bum was adding deads(atleast 60 to 80 lbs), if u get the form right u even get the lower abs...very satisfied w/ results. I do lots of sprinting too?

hey girl! we travel a little but not as much as I would like. It is SUPER motivating when u are planning for a trip ;)) So, guess what...got conned into a swimsuit contest, never done one...gotta beat the 20 smthg's hotties...lol..can u say wine? Busting my lower chops this week and next girl!
