What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
running, it relaxes me...spinning isn't far behind!

What is your cardio exercise plan?
I run anywhere between 3 and 5 miles atleast 5 dys a week, then 1 day is long distance...between 10 and 13 miles. I just finished my first half-marathon, I want to gain speed. I would like to complete my first FULL marathon this year.
