Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): i want to become as strong as i can and still mantain my flexibility and stamina
Goal (Long): i play rugby for a league team and for the bahamas national side, and i want to add as much strength to my body as possible and still be able to maintain my flexibility and stamina. rugby is very brutal and a little padding, (in rugby you aren't allowed to wear more than 10mm of padding), eg muscle won't hurt; it will also help me in all other areas of the game.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 5 lb
