Hey not much only had a hour physics lecture today though so just went gym with my mate afterwards :)
Trainings good bro getting visibly stronger, finally started to work legs again so hopefully gonna see some results soon. howabout you ?

Well mate, the best moves for the back I've found are;
Upright rows using a barbell, really hits the shoulders too.
Shrugs using dumbells.
Pull ups, by far are the best move, if you're crap at pull ups, then work up to them by doing chin ups.
Single arm rows are another good one, but they mainly concerntrate on the lats.
