Busy day today. Lunch with some old friends at Quizon’s (no, I didn’t eat anything), work for a couple hours, then training. Leg day of all days. Oh well, I somewhat enjoy leg day. It gives me a chance to grunt and move some heavy weight around. Leg presses are my favorite. Repped...
