this is my before pic from over two years ago. yes i know i was fat. I was almost 260lbs and my body fat was 42% because of my son i decided to make a change.
my abs as of september. i know still a work in progress!
cut my body fat to 12% by january 1 while gaining 10 pounds of lean solid muscle
Goal (Long):
i have never been able to see cut in my abdominal section although almost maintaing a good core i am not sure genetically i can obtain it without cheating. But since cutting my body fat from near 40% to near 15% i am starting to see some definition iwould also like for my chest to catch up with my back and shoulders it seem so small in comparision
secon week back I have been slacking with the workout trackers but am keeping good journalling records in my notebook. I am feeling really good this week about all i am doing. Still working on the nutrition part but everything is making sense will be adding progress pics soon I hope tjhat this...
I am currently using a four day muscle confusion split.

chest/frontand side delts
Tuesday
Back/traps/rear delts
wednesday
rest
thursday
quads/tric eps/calves
friday
hams/biceps/forarms
sa turday and sunday
rest
my rest days consist of cardio and abdominal work. I also teach a one hour...
