My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

My Workout Program

My workout program consist of a 5 day rotation i do: Legs one day back and biceps the next, chest and tri's, a full body, shoulders and calves, i do stomach and core excersizes every day and try to get cardio in 3 or more time a week, i always switch up the excersizes different weight, some days heavy, others light with more reps, always workout different lengths each day some days up to 3 times daily always doing at least a hour and a half minimum, and up to 4 or so hours in a day just whatever i can do

adammatern ive spent the last 5 months gaining as much weight as possible now its time to cut the fat and see how much muscle i gained
