im the same weight as last week, maybe a tiny bit less!
ive eaten insane ammounts of food, nothing seems to work. basically from now on heres how im going to change the rules:
4000 calories a day + 2 shakes a day
Training exercises have to be different every week
No cardio! or...

I'm just starting right now! All the training which I do is based on the exercices that BB recommends using only my bodyweight in my room when nobody is at home because my parents don't let to go to a gym and if they see me I would feel embarrassed. My goals is having nice ABS and chest by the summer, but if like working out my be I would encourage to compete!

As 1 hardgainer to another.....the weight & mass will come.Keep eating healthy, stick to your plan. I wish my bod could handle 4k cals/day!! I'm a ""fat-skinny" guy. So i have to balance do enf cardio to burn the fat & not lose muscle, then lift a lot to build muscle. Mine is a delicate balance. Hang in there Dude!!!!! Just get frustrated & quit! When U get frustrated, lift/pump it away!!!
