Began weight training as a sophomore in High School to compete better at the Varsity level.
Why I Love It:
Working out has always been a haven for me. Not matter what kind of day I am having, I can always hit the gym to help keep my sanity.
More recently I started caring about my physique, and I love the challenge of building my body into its best possible shape.

Goal (Long):
As a former high school and college athlete, I was always if very good shape. However, as I attended graduate school and worked full time, I lost my motivation to stay in the best shape possible.
I've been training for a few years, making decent progress. My main goal is to get back to the fitness level of my youth, even surpass it. My mind is set on still weighing 220+ pounds with under 10% bodyfat. With hard work, I believe I can accomplish this before my 30th birthday in 4 months.
