DrLynn Wishing you and yours a very merry Christmas...you may not be able to be home this year but the spirit is held in the heart...All the best! Dec 22, 2011 8:49am
DrLynn
DrLynn Hi! Stopping in to see you and wish you a happy Thanksgiving. Hope there's something special on the menu for you. I'm looking forward to a couple days off but I'll be back at the gym on Friday and I did some extra cardio to balance things out. Nov 23, 2011 8:36am
DrLynn
DrLynn Hi! Thank you so much for the nice note. Very exciting that you want to give competing a try. I really admire those of you who are willing to do what it takes to get on stage. Looks like you're not on home territory right now...figure you're working hard. Hope you're able to get your training time in. Very happy to have you for a friend! Nov 2, 2011 2:38pm
Pyrasaur
Pyrasaur G'day, thanks for the call in. It is a very broad question you ask as every individual has there own unique physique. I found as long as you really enjoy building, it is key to success. Nutrition is primarally important, then training comes second, in turn "recovery" as the last step. So depending on what your goals are, I can help you in the area of weakness. eg. your eating habbits or training program. Cheers Oct 31, 2011 2:44am
