Overall Goal: My goal is to get my vertical leap up to a competitive level for volleyball. I'm wanting to go to Europe and play in the pro leagues, as of now, my vertical is the main thing holding me back.
Fit Status:
Hurt my back, went to a Chiro a few times, and got some stretches, hopefully will get a little better
After I finished my 4 years of Varsity volleyball at the University of Windsor, I started packing on a few pounds here and there. My buddy got me to the gym, ended up getting a membership and started training pretty hard from then on.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel great, while I'm at the gym, and after! I notice an increase in control over my body everytime I play a sport.

Goal (Long):
My whole life, I've wanted to keep competing at the highest level I can in the sport of volleyball. When I was in highschool, I wanted to play in University. Now that I'm done University the next place to go is to Europe in the pro leagues.
I played libero through my University career, and over the last year, have been working hard one my offence (my defence is good enough to be over there right now I've been told) and although I have some rotator cuff problems, and my vertical is a little lower than it should be, I am wanting to lift to increase my vertical and decrease the wear and tear on my shoulder.
