Day #1 on my new lifestyle Week 7 Complete!!
Man... I was kicking ass, then I went to Vegas in September, lost some focus, then came my birthday, then the kids brought in the candy for halloween, then the holidays and soonafter this we went o Vail for a week, it was over after that. I just quit the gym and started gaining.. I was at 212 at my peak now I'm back to 239.5, it's going to take me 12 good weeks to get back where I was but I'll get there and beyond this time!!!! No more screwing around.. 5 days of 1 hour cardio, 4 days in the weight room and eating clean for 6 days per week on a structured diet, 2300 calories 45% protien, 35% carbs, 20% fat. Start date was 12 May 08... goal it to see abs by my 37th birthday in October!!!!!!!!!!!

Had Memorial Day weekend, worked out great M-F of last week (4 days in the wight roon 4 48 min cardio sessions) then took my eat day Saturday and would up not sticking 100% though the weekend, didn't pig out but drank some beer while I installed wood stairs in my house, then had a Bday Party to goto Sunday, with Monday again working on the stairs. Tuesday did cardio for 48 min went tot he gym for chest tri, then yesterday I was meeting with the swimming pool inspector and waterfall sub, missed the gyn and cardio yesterday but ate clean until dinner, had a small serving of pizza (3 slices of Digorno) and a bowl of ice cream) Sensing the slipping coming on its no eat day this week, did cardio today for 48min, gym and cardio will be done through Saturday then maybe do some cardio on Sunday too. With all this im down to 234.5 lbs and 1/2" off the stomach from last week. Still on track, the goal is 1/2" per week and 2 lbs loss. per week. I attribute this to the work on the stairs, running up and down those stairs was some cardio, that went on all day as I was laying the wood treads and risers.

ok making good progress, I can now fit into most of my shorts, 3 weeks ago there was only 2 pairs I could fit into, now there is only 2 pairs that are tight. I've lost 1.5" off the gut in 3 weeks! Happy with the progress, did cardio today to make up for the missed days with the holiday weekend, I got in 4 48 min cardio sessions this week and 4 days in the weight room.
