Thanks adamgamz for the reps. Even though it's been only a week of pain in the gym, I feel that I found my way of life again.

If you really want to lose weight and get into great shape I believe it is best to follow a proven program such as Body for Life. I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. Push yourself, possibly out of your comfort zone and you may be amazed at the results and how fast they happen. It will be well worth the effort.

Wow. 30 pounds off, what a difference. I ran a 5k yesterday, and didn't puke. That was good.
