Took a weight lifting class in High school, Coach Tutle.. went into the air force and lifted fairly consistent, then after seperating I started working out with my brother.
Why I Love It:
Feel great, look good, much more energy for work and play.

Keeping up with guys 10 years+ younger, I am competitive.

If you really want to lose weight and get into great shape I believe it is best to follow a proven program such as Body for Life.
